By accessing or using Popcorn Wars ("the Service"), operated by Venture Out Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share content that is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (predictions, chat messages, display names). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

6. In-App Purchases

The Service may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies (Apple App Store, Google Play). Prices may change at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Venture Out Media, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. "Popcorn Wars" is a trademark of Venture Out Media, LLC.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses data from The Movie Database (TMDb) API. This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. Box office data is sourced from publicly available reporting and may not be exact.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of box office data or prediction calculations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Out Media, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
